NetBSD installation using flash, not CD

Today's hardware often doesn't have CD/DVD drive.
So, installation of NetBSD becomes a bit problematic
on such iron.

Is there any chance to see NetBSD-5-* releases for flash memory, not
just CD images?  How about NetBSD-6?
