top output broken for several architectures

Hi, all,

After the release of 5.1 I updated most of my machines and saw that top 
was broken (just a little) on several architectures:

StrongARM (shark):
CPU states:  7.0% user, 0.0 % nice40.5  % syste31.1   % interru21.4    % idle

sh3 (hpcsh):
CPU states: 71.2% user, 0.0 % nice28.4  % syste 0.4   % interru 0.0    % idle

PowerPC (macppc):
CPU states:  1.6% user, 0.0 % nice 4.4  % syste 0.6   % interru93.4    % idle

The issue is that I don't see any changes to top in the tree, so I'm 
assuming that some library changed which affected top's formatting.

Does anyone have any ideas where this problem may be?
