My chapter is at http://reedmedia.net/~reed/tmp/tmp-uvi34yt/sysinst-chapter.pdf I started writing it years ago. I need to do a few NetBSD 6 installs too to compare and improve also. I have around 140 todo's or bugs or open questions for that single chapter. If you'd like to see them, let me know.
