Evbarm: Missing SREC install images

I've just been looking at a the distrib/instkernel directory for evbarm.
It seems that all the srec variants of the boot images are missing.
These should be produced by the 

	MDSET_SUFFIXES.-= srec create-srec  bin create-bin

rule in distrib/evbarm/instkernel/instkernel/Makefile
but for some reason they're missing on both netbsd-4 and trunk (it looks
ok on netbsd-3.1 or earlier.

Anyone know what's going on?
