Of course I'm already using WAPBL. Without, it would be way too slow. 
And fsck takes about an hour per fs.

I already thought of that, but the risc of course is that if the machine panics 
after two days of restoring (or whatever it takes with -o async), I lose those 
two days.

Right now, I'm just trying to estimate how long a full restore would take 
by restoring a single user's (me) files
