OK, I think that was it!

I reverted svwsata.c to use pciide_pci_intr instead of svwsata_intr, 
and I don't get the "lost interrupt" messages any more.

I also tried reverting the ATACH_DMA_BEFORE_CMD setting, but that didn't 
fix it.

(I also tried disabling NCQ, but that also didn't fix it.)

Has anyone looked at FreeBSD for fixes after the routine has been copied?
