Crashing after quitting X or powering off

Hi all,

I've had this issues for a while now and can't seem to make sense
of it. When I close X either via my wm (going back to xdm) or via
poweroff(1) or reboot(1) most of the time my system hangs and the
kernel panicks. I'm on NetBSD 10.1 amd64.

When I try to view the savecore stuff the only information that I
get is "bad namelist" or some varient of that.

My system didn't always do this and I think it started during my
testing of -current before 10.0 was released so maybe there is a
file or something that is still on 9.x? I'm not sure.

Any ideas?

PS: I'm not sure if this is kernel related or not, if not, I'll
ask elsewhere! :)
