- Move console inisitalization from ucom_attach() to a
  dedicated ucom_cninit() function. 
- Remove trailing return at the end of void-returning functions
- DDB code tweak so that cnmagic now works when cosnole device is not open.

If there are no new comments, I plan to commit on next friday.
