Re: Layer-2 filtering in NPF: breaking config parsing

Following up on

  - map line results in syntax error
  - config file with no layer-2 rules results in blocked packets

I have rebuilt from up-to-date current and my machine is back to normal.

It would probably be good to have multiple other people read all the new
code and glue, as this seems tricky.
