Not being able to use MAC Address to assign a fixed IP would be a show 
stopper for me. That's pretty much my entire use case for my NetBSD DHCP 
server where I'm currently using the in tree server. That's why I 
suggested a port of the OpenBSD one which even maintains some degree of 
configuration file compatibility with the ISC server.
