I fixed the gnutls issue myself a few days ago:

The bulk build after that unfortunately failed due to a transient disk 
issue which broke rust:

The current build was progressing ok but I am unable to reach the build 
host at the moment due to a network issue.

I'm hopeful that either that or the next build will finally be 
successful and we'll see a binary package repository update.
