Qtwebengine updated chromium from 134 to 140 in Qt-6.11. I can provide
a patch which I used with chromium-140.
In theory, if the current patch-src_3rdparty_chromium_* patches are
removed, running make patch and then applying the chromium-140
patch should allow mkpatches to generate a working patch set. However,
I'm not sure whether @markd applies any additional
qtwebengine-specific changes to the chromium patch set.
