gcc16: stage 2/3 mismatch

Hi!

I've started on gcc16 packages, based on the gcc15 ones.

The libjit one builds fine, but gcc16 itself fails because the stage 2
and stage 3 files differ.

Does anyone have an idea how to debug this?

I've put the packages in wip/gcc16*.
