Bob's default config.lua is written such that as soon as you enable 
build_user then it will be used automatically with all the necessary 
setup, and if not then it won't be.

So this shouldn't affect existing users, but will mean new users will 
automatically get unprivileged builds, and existing users can simply 
change their pkgsrc.build_user variable if they so wish.
