It turns out that the build procedure hasn't changed much between
version 8 (coq) and version 9 (rocq). But I struggle to build with
the "doc" option.  Enabling that option pulls in so many tex- and
py3 dependencies that I think it's better to create a separate
lang/rocq-doc package.
