   * mediawiki 1.46 supports from PHP 8.3 to 8.5:
     <https://www.drupal.org/docs/getting-started/system-requirements/php-requirements>.

   * php/json.mk is required when a package supports prior to PHP 8.0 and
     require php-json pacakge.
