Log Message:
py-libtmux: Update to 0.61.0

0.61.0 (2026-07-04) -- hardening for the tmux 3.7 patch line.

- Pane.break_pane() no longer names the broken-out window "libtmux" on
tmux 3.7a/3.7b when no window_name is given; tmux's own default
(usually the running command) is kept.
- New libtmux.common.get_version_str(), returning the raw tmux version
string with the point-release suffix ("3.7a") that get_version()
  strips for numeric comparison.
- The test suite now passes against tmux 3.7a and 3.7b. A window-name
test had assumed the ":"/"." rejection introduced in 3.7, which tmux
  reverted in 3.7a.

0.60.0 (2026-06-28) -- completes tmux 3.7 feature parity. Every 3.7-only
surface is version-gated, so tmux 3.2a-3.6 keep working unchanged.

- Floating panes via Window.new_pane() and Pane.new_pane(): a pane that
sits above the tiled layout like a popup but behaves like a real pane.
Sized with width/height, positioned with x/y. Requires tmux 3.7.
- Type support for the new tmux 3.7 options: server get-clipboard;
  session focus-follows-mouse, message-format and
  prompt-command-cursor-style; window copy-mode line-number, tree-mode
preview and window-pane status format options; the "key" value of the
pane remain-on-exit option; and the pane border styles that 3.7
  widened to pane scope.
- New tmux 3.7 pane format variables on Pane: floating pane geometry and
flags, OSC 9;4 progress reporting, pane_pipe_pid, and the bracket
paste and synchronized output screen-mode flags.
- New tmux 3.7 command flags on the existing wrappers: capture_pane
(hyperlinks, line numbers, line flags), split (empty pane, style and
border styles, message, keep), Session.kill (session group),
  paste_buffer (raw bytes), command_prompt (no freeze), list_keys
(output format), run_shell (trailing args expanded as #{1}/#{2}) and
refresh_client (request the terminal clipboard). Each warns and is
ignored on tmux older than 3.7.
