clang: https://reviews.llvm.org/D70048 was never merged for lld
nor was it added to the pkgsrc package; so nb.lld doesn't exist.
Fixes `-fuse-ld=<name>`.
From ci4ic4 via wip.
Bump PKGREVISION.
