Import py27-fluiddyn-0.0.10a7 as wip/py-fluiddyn.

FluidDyn is a framework for studying fluid dynamics. Most of the features are
actually implemented in other packages (fluidsim, fluidlab). The project is
still in a testing stage so it is still pretty unstable and many of its planned
