Log Message:
Import urlwatch-1.18 as wip/urlwatch.

This script is intended to help you watch URLs and get notified (via email or
in your terminal) of any changes. The change notification will include the URL
that has changed and a unified diff of what has changed.

To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/urlwatch/DESCR wip/urlwatch/Makefile \
    wip/urlwatch/PLIST wip/urlwatch/distinfo \
    wip/urlwatch/patches/patch-convert-to-python3.sh \
    wip/urlwatch/patches/patch-setup.py
