Log Message:
Import /home/bacon/Pkgsrc/pkgsrc-1/wip/blasr_libcpp
blasr_libcpp-2015.08.17 as wip/blasr_libcpp.

Blasr_libcpp is a library used by blasr and other executables such as samtoh5,
loadPulses for analyzing PacBio sequences.
