Log Message:
o Properly use ${MASTER_SITE_GITHUB} (adjust DISTNAME, GITHUB_TAG (previously V)
  and GITHUB_PROJECT).
o COMMENT does not need quotes.
o Use MAKE_ENV instead of MAKE_FLAGS and adjust some more variables (thus add
  patches/patch-dwb.mk to also helps in that).

cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 wip/DWB/patches/patch-dwb.mk
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r1.1 -r1.2 wip/DWB/distinfo
