Take a look at wip/rar3 or wip/GoogleEarth for examples of how to
handle this. If there are licenses that are shared among several
packages, then please ask for them to be shipped with pkgsrc.
The reason I don't think wip/licenses is a good idea is mainly that
it will grow stale as wip packages come and go.
