Missing SQLite dependency for wip/digikam

Hi Thomas,

I successfully build wip/digikam (took ages on my machine, but that's 
anoter problem :) ).
However, x11/qt4-sqlite is required to run (and only to run). Otherwise 
Digikam complains when starting that it cannot find the SQLite driver.
On top of that, I had to remove *.db from my ~/Pictures directory to let 
digikam rebuild the database, but I don't know if this is specific to my 
case or not.

I'm not sure how to specify a run-only dependency in pkgsrc, so I'll let 
you update the package.
