% cd /usr/pkgsrc && grep -r PKG_PHASE .
./buildlink3/BUILDLINK3_DG:     make show-var PKG_PHASE=wrapper VARNAME=...

Hmm...:<

BUILDLINK_PREFIX.pkg will be appear after wrapper phase.
(someone should fix the document).
