Hi guys,

I just committed ap2-passenger to pkgsrc-wip. I was cursing all day WRT their file system layout decisions, but this is staple deployment tool amongst Ruby developers these days, so should be useful. Please comment.

(Put this under pkgsrc-wip first as you may have different opinions about some decisions I made. I'll import into pkgsrc when I get some "looks good" feedback.)
