(new package) inputmethod/egg-anthy

I have prepared inputmethod/egg-anthy (equivalent).

  This is a modified editors/tamago for Japanese Kana Kanji
conversion input method. Original tamago works with Kana-Kanji
conversion engine of FreeWnn, Canna, Sj3.  This version of
input method works for Anthy Kana-Kanji engine.  Anthy is
widely used for Japanese input now. And this package allows
user to use traditional egg input user-interface with Anthy
engine.
egg-anthy is developed by Shirai San.
