remove jdk14 and jdk15

Hi.

I'd like to remove wip/jdk14 and wip/jdk15 packages.
They are broken for years

     not existing dependancy: lang/sun-jdk15

   ------------------

and it is unlikely that somebody will fix them.
Also they are unmaintained.
