[PATCH] texlive-texmf-base 2008nb1 -> 2009

I have just tried to update texlive-texmf-base version 2008 to 2009,
the patch is at:
  http://www.ki.nu/~makoto/pkgsrc/wip/texlive-texmf-base-2008nb1

It only changes

Makefile
  (1) Version
  (2) Master site directory name
  (3) EXTRACT_SUFX update from .lzma to .xz
PLIST

Am I doing something meaningless (ie., without updating other 
related package = texlive stuff ) ?
