I feel... pkgsrc/wip/libgnugetopt from ports/devel/libgnugetopt. ports/devel/libgnugetopt was for FreeBSD<5, due to lack of getopt_long(3). pkgsrc/devel/libgetopt is usable for the purpose in pkgsrc.
