After discussing with the author, she'd be happy with CC-BY-ND-NCDistribution (as distinct from CC-BY-ND-NC) if such a thing existed. But it doesn't, and after corresponding with someone from CC it seems unlikely that it ever will. (Which is a shame, IMHO.)

That being the case, could someone please add the text from http://www.kreativekorp.com/software/fonts/FreeLicense.txt as licenses/kreativekorp-free-license, please?  I'll send a PR if you'd like.
