On NetBSD, dlfcn(3) etc are already provided as part of executables via
the ld.elf_so(1), although on Linux those are linked via the libdl.so
library.  This looks like Linux-centric code, I think that patches to
the configure script (or its input config.in etc, with running
autoconf) would be necessary.
