When adding comments, please also describe the "why", not only the "what".
For example, patch-ac now has the comment:
Add sys/select.h

That's exactly what the patch does.

More interesting would be why it's needed (i.e., "fix compilation
failure due to missing symbol XXX" or similar).

This is not something that pkglint can check :(

Please only add useful comments (general advice, not particular to this commit).
