I'm trying to fix wip/pan2-git. It pulls sources directly from git, then needs to use and autogen procedure to make configure, etc. For this, it uses /usr/pkg/bin/gnome-autogen.sh. This script seems to know about automake up to 1.11. However, the automake in pkgsrc is now at 1.12. Apparently the gnome-autogen.sh script doesn't like that, and claims that it can't find an appropriate automake. I'm trying to set environment variables to override some of its version logic, but then the script aborts ato some point and dumps all environment variables.
