Please
a) confirm with upstream that they really did want to change the distfile
b) tell them not to do this again since changing distfiles is an attack vector for trojans;
if they want changes, they should just bump the version -- version numbers are free!
c) use DIST_SUBDIR in case you can confirm it's not a trojan
