I'm not sure why you say different machines.   But it looks like a
parallel build and there are a lot of makefile bugs out there.

Does it work for you?  With MAKE_JOBS=16, every time?

Is InfoNES.cpp a generated file?  If you run make -k, and then make
again, does that work?
