buildlink gets things set up, but since mpiblast (apparently) has its
own configure mechanism, you probably need to add CONFIGURE_ARGS+= line,
or a CONFIGURE_ENV or BUILD_ENV.
See devel/libslang2/Makefile for one example among many.
