Dependencies on www/zope3

Hi,

www/zope3 was removed from pkgsrc in Mars 2012, but there are still 
three wip packages that depend on it:
   wip/gaphor
   wip/py-ipython
   wip/py-xmiparser

What is the right way to handle this?  Just remove them?
