wip/gearmand upgraded and working on netbsd

Can someone give some review, especially to the patches I made? If it still builds on NetBSD and SmartOS I would like to import it into base, possibly as gearman-1.0 so we can also have gearman-1.2. once we get this imported we should starting working on clients!
