wip/gearmand upgraded and working on netbsd

I have updated wip/gearmand to the latest 1.0 branch version (although I'm
not too involved in what's interesting to most users; 1.0 vs 1.2) and made
it work on NetBSD 6.

Can someone give some review, especially to the patches I made?

If it still builds on NetBSD and SmartOS I would like to import it into
base, possibly as gearman-1.0 so we can also have gearman-1.2.


once we get this imported we should starting working on clients!
