I guess best would be to provide a llvm-rtlib package that shares a
Makefile.common with the clang package so that both will be updated
concurrently in the future. Are you up for that?

I.e. splitting off common information from clang/Makefile and
llvm-rtlib/Makefile into clang/Makefile.common and modifying
clang/Makefile and llvm-rtlib/Makefile to include that
Makefile.common?
