These additional runtime libraries (asan/tsan) are only defined for amd64 / 
i386 targets and are not built for other architectures.

I had a closer look at other platform make files (Darwin in particular) where 
the configs to be built were not defined so llvm-rt should build on other 
architectures,  I have to investicate cross compiling pkgsrc so I can build on 
at least 2 other on x86 architectures to confirm this.
