State of wip/linphone, video call options on netbsd

I have a need to use a sip video call software on NetBSD.

I am trying to have a look at net/ekiga, though its dependencies look
intimidating.

I find linphone working pretty well on Linux and has less dependencies.
Will be nice if we could get it work on NetBSD, and eventually move it to
pkgsrc.
