Re: wip/gaim to gaim2 beta4

to get gaim-otr to work with this, I had to:

1) include the otr 2b2 patch as a NetBSD patch/ file

2) hack the Makefile to DTRT with buildlink libs/includes

3) modify a path to a gtk include file

4) include a gaim include file, which is not in the linked includes
	above.

I don't think I understand the packaging requirements to get the last
few bits folded back into pkgsrc, but if somebody does, I can pass on
better description of what I did.
