fbpanel fixes

Hello!

I had various issues with wip/fbpanel, like complaining about:
"/usr/pkg/share/fbpanel/plugins/wincmd.so: Undefined symbol "a_NET_WM_STATE" (symnum = 16)"
And so on with all of the other plugins.

I have found out that it is a known problem which is caused by some change in the gcc default options.

I made a modified makefile to include this fix, I don't know if I made it the right way.
I also added an include to x11/libXmu, because it wont build without it (at least for me, I use Modular Xorg7.2)

I hope I can make more fixes in the future.
