Default policy for non-member mails changed

Hi! Because of the bad relation between spam and non-spam from non-subscribers and the related work load, I changed the default from "hold non-member posts" to "reject non-member posts". I.e., if you are not subscribed or post from the wrong email address, you'll get a rejection notice (instead of a "waiting for approval" one). It is however easily possible to add email addresses to a default-accept list, so if you want to post from multiple addresses without subscribing from all of them, just let me know.
