If the resulting package changes, you can increase the PKGREVISION.

Even if the resulting binaries are identical, if the dependencies change, 
then you can consider changing the PKGREVISION. I didn't look at this 
specifically for your package. But usually it is changed.

Sometimes PKGREVISIONs are not changed for changes of DESCR or COMMENT 
even though those result in new packages.
