it does but by default it compiles with openssl from the system. I don;t 
realy find the idea of why even mail should use the port version of

dav is a webdav support option, flv is if your backend server needs 
special treatment for .flv files, gtools is for google perf tools and 
sub changes one HTML tag in a source page to another or to a block.
I did not saw any special dependency in the documentation :-) ( the 
Russian one ).

Other then that there will be a change in a week or 2. nginx-devel 
becomes version 0.7.x and 0.6.29 goes to stable whichi will be nginx. i 
will upload the second port as well :-).
