Some packages to review and maybe add to wip

Folks,

you'll find herewith two tgz files. The first contains PKGSRC source to 
build wxGTK, wxGTK-contrib and py-wxGTK version 2.8.8. The next one, 
called GIS, features the last version of Grass (6.3.0) and qgis (0.11.0).

Since I am not the official maintainer of these packages, I can't commit 
them. They seem to work fine on my NetBSD/i386 box, but there may be a 
lot of thing to fix for other OS / other CPU, so please review and modify.

CAVEATS:

The Grass package, at present, builds successfully solely when lauched 
as root, because of a preliminary chown phase. That should be patched 
out. PLIST.options for grass has been blindly copied out of the original 
wip/grass, without any guarantee.

There is only one PLIST for qgis, which corresponds to a compilation 
with all options on. My box is very old, and I can't really afford 
compiling some big packages three times in a row. Please don't hesitate 
if you have anything newer than my ancient P4 1.4 MHz.
