Hm, if I remove that block, it still somehow wants 1.4.3*:

=> Build dependency checkperms>=1.1: found checkperms-1.10
=> Full dependency libevent-1.4.3*: NOT found
=> Verifying bin-install for ../../devel/libevent
===> Binary install for libevent-1.4.3*
=> Installing libevent-1.4.3* from /packages/All
libevent-1.4.3 successfully installed.
=> Returning to build of tor-0.2.0.30
=> Full dependency libevent>=1.2: found libevent-1.4.3

NetBSD-current has 1.4.4, but the builtin.mk only recognizes up to
1.3; also, I guess it wouldn't help here since it wants exactly 1.4.3.
I'll dig now why that is (but if you have any ideas...)
