new package: sysmon

Hi all,

I submitted my second package, sysmon (a old, but) simple, fast and  
useful networking monitoring app.
It was a little easier this time, but if someone has time, just take a  
look at it...

I used the ../import-package.sh method again. Seemed to work well the  
first time,
so I gave it a chance again. Any comments are welcome.
